ChatGBT: What to Know About the Future

ChatGBT is quite possibly the biggest thing to come out to the public in the 21st century. The platform that was developed by San Francisco based OpenAI and is an AI-based chatbot that uses natural language processing to create conversations and fill information.
The base function of the bot is to replicate human conversation. Users are able to input short stories, search phrases, or even prompts to create cooking recipes. To do this, the bot is constantly learning from itself and the data it collects. The more it is used, the smarter it becomes. Yes, it is self-learning.
The bot has collected everything form this stupid blog post I’m writing to books as significant as the bible or Quran. It is capable of explaining history, remembering what was said previously in the conversation, building on ideas previously mentioned, and it even apologizes if it gets something wrong(which isn’t too often).
But don’t go screaming Terminator just yet! This chatbot system can be a huge advantage for your business before we all turn into robots. Companies around the world have started using this for customer service, online shopping, streamlining overall operations and even hiring and training staff.
Here are some popular uses of the tool:
· Online tech or customer support: Companies have been installed chatGBT to interact directly with their customers when trouble shooting for problems. Companies can save thousand a year on customer support teams
· Web development and coding: The chat bot can help you create a new website if you would like. It will even give you example codes. Simply enter a prompt such as “how can I center a div function” and the bot will give you examples of code to solve your inquiry.
· Easy content creation: the bot is able to brainstorm with you and come up with easy advertisements for your company to use. Not the creative type like me? Input a prompt like “create and advertisement for my company’s new Website design service” and chatGBT will formulate a creative ad unique to you and your company.
· Personalized email responses: Not very good at generating emails or communicating chatGBT can take in whole emails and create intellectual responses for you.
· Translating: You can translate down to the different regions and phrases used by the same language. Not possible with google translate which only give you the most standard form of each language
· Summarizing documents: you can upload entire report to chatGBT and it can extract only the most important information and key takeaways.
· Blog Posts: Yes you can even create whole blog posts with chatGBT. Simply tell the bot which subject you would like it to write about. I wish I could pass this blog along as being created by the service however I think anyone reading this can tell it was written by an economics major and not a chatbot that’s studied everything from Mark Twain to Stephen King.
How to Use ChatGBT
Simply visit chat.openai.com. If you’re fortunate that the site isn’t at full capacity yet, click “sign up”. Once you’ve created your account the bot will give you examples of what you can enter and the best possible ways at getting the best results from the system. Below are 10 of my favorite prompts that I think everyone can utilize in everyday life:
1. “Please create ______ with JavaSrcript.”
2. “Discover any flaws in this code”
3. “Create an advertisement directed at ______ audience about ________”
4. “Summarize this report”
5. “Create ___# of articles on ______ topic”
6. “Explain _____ topic to me in Laymen’s terms”
7. “Please create a product information sheet for _______”
8. “Write a short story/ movie script about ___________”
9. “Can you explain why _________(this company, empire, nation) fell apart and give me the biggest hindrances they faced”
10. “I have these symptoms, could you tell me what I could possibly be sick with”
Limitations of ChatGBT
Although ChatGBT is very powerful, it does have some limitations. It can only provided answer based on the data it was previously uploaded with before going live combined with the new data is has been intaking since going live from users. It is not connected to the internet. It does not have the ability to search the internet but rather the millions of data points it has collected along with is previous knowledge (which is massive but not perfect). This can leave room for error in the bot. All answers should be fact checked as best as possible.
